1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "w367", "we", "us", "our" refers to the w367 platform, its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered user of the w367 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the w367 website accessible at w367.bet and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by you on the Platform after successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other offered market through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, deposit match, or other incentive granted by w367 under separate promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and address verification.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the w367 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or country in which the use of the w367 Platform is prohibited under applicable local law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an Account on w367 or by accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and w367. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2.3 w367 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, w367 will provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address. The revised Terms will become effective upon the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after such date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

2.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any w367 service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. w 367 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance may be retained or returned at w367's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the w367 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk. w367 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations.

3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

3.4 One Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the w367 Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.5 KYC Verification. w367 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w367 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. w367 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication from your account settings. w367 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify w367 immediately via live chat or the support email. w367 will investigate and may temporarily suspend your Account during the investigation period.

4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all wagers placed, whether or not you were the person who placed them. You must not allow any other person to use your Account for any purpose.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. w367 may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Prior notice will be provided to the registered email address before any such fee is applied.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting w367 support. Prior to closure, w367 may be required to complete outstanding KYC verification and process any eligible remaining balance. Responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are handled separately under Section 13.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. w367 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20). Available methods are subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform.

5.2 Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via local Pakistani payment methods are credited in PKR with no conversion. USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are typically credited to your w367 Account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing times.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by w367 within 24 hours of submission in the ordinary course. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically received within 5 minutes of processing. Bank transfers are subject to the receiving bank's clearing times.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Prior to processing a withdrawal, w367 may require: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (c) confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit method used, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.6 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the respective transaction pages. w367 reserves the right to amend minimum amounts with reasonable prior notice.

5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. w367 is committed to maintaining a gaming environment free from money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are subject to monitoring. w367 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 w367 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. w367 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who w367 determines are abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or patterns of low-risk bonus exploitation, may have bonuses removed and accounts reviewed.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.

6.5 w367 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the w367 Platform are subject to acceptance by w367. w367 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns or where market integrity concerns have been identified.

7.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed when w367 has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets shown as "pending" are not confirmed. w367 is not responsible for bets not confirmed due to technical failures or connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.3 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, w367 will either: (a) accept the bet at the new odds; or (b) reject the bet and return the stake. The applicable rule will be displayed during the bet placement process.

7.4 Void Bets. w367 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a market was opened or offered in error; (b) an event is cancelled or abandoned; (c) the result of an event has been manipulated or is under investigation for match-fixing; or (d) a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's Account Balance.

7.5 Live Betting. Live in-play bets are subject to additional terms regarding market suspension and bet delay. w367 may suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

7.6 Maximum Winnings. w367 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. Current maximum payout limits are available in the Platform help section. w367 reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes for individual Players based on betting behaviour.

8. Casino & Game Rules

8.1 Game Availability. The w367 Casino game library is subject to change. Games may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice. w367 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific casino title.

8.2 Game Rules. Each casino game on the w367 Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a specific game's rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay mechanics, and these general Terms shall prevail in relation to account, payment, and conduct matters.

8.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including software errors, disconnections, or server failures — w367 reserves the right to void the game round affected and return the player's stake. w367's liability in respect of a malfunction is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected game round.

8.4 Random Number Generation. All w367 Casino games that utilise random outcomes do so through certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by the relevant game software suppliers. w367 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each title are available within the game information panel.

8.5 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games operate in real time with human dealers. By participating in live dealer games, you accept that game decisions made by the dealer are final once the betting window has closed, subject to any verified error by the dealer as determined by w367 at its sole discretion.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w367 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including through coordinated multi-account exploitation.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another Player's Account.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the w367 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, software, and audio clips, is the property of w367 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

10.3 Any use of w367's trademarks, logos, or brand name without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The w367 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w367 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content on it.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w367 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services; or (d) any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the content of the Platform.

11.3 w367's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit w367's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 w367 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on w367, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 w367 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Stored data is protected by appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

12.3 w367 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or contractual obligation.

13. Responsible Gaming

13.1 w367 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. We strongly encourage all Players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits from their Account settings.

13.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure via the Account settings or by contacting w367 support. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the Player will be prevented from logging in or placing wagers. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon request.

13.3 Age Verification. w367 operates a strict 21+ policy. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be requested at any time thereafter. w367 uses KYC verification procedures to confirm player age.

14. Termination

14.1 w367 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where w367 determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where Account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

14.2 Upon Account closure by w367 for cause, any Balance derived from bonus funds or from wagers placed in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Balances representing genuine deposits not otherwise subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any pending investigations and KYC requirements.

14.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting w367 support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure, including outstanding wagering requirements on withdrawn bonus funds.

14.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect following any Account closure.

15. Governing Law

15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. w367 operates under internationally recognised gaming standards.

15.2 Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through w367's internal dispute resolution process (see Section 16) shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

15.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent w367 from seeking interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.

16.2 Dispute Resolution Process. w367 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 72 hours of receipt. Upon receipt of a complaint, w367 will: (a) acknowledge receipt within 24 hours; (b) investigate the matter; and (c) provide a written response with its findings and any remedial action within 72 hours. Complex disputes may require additional time, in which case w367 will notify you of the expected resolution timeframe.

16.3 If you are not satisfied with w367's response to your complaint, you may escalate the matter to arbitration as described in Section 15.
